Sharber - MA, CCFC ARTS Owner/Founder | Ms. Sharber is a Human Service Professional with more than twenty years of experience in various leadership roles that include but are not limited to clinical and rehabilitation services. Ms. Sharber has years of experience mentoring ARTS targeted population. Ms. Sharber considers herself a change agent, taking every opportunity to help improve the lives of others while helping build safer and stronger communities in the process.
Ms. Sharber is known by her peers for being consistent in her commitment and dedication to ensure quality in all of her work-related tasks, motivating those around her to do likewise.
She has a history of going above and beyond the call of duty to help individuals and families live their best possible life.
Ms. Sharber practices and promotes the Six Pillars of Characters (Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship), for which her program received its certification from the Josephson Institute, the original training site for The Six Pillars of Character.
Ms. Sharber credits her professional achievements and strong work ethic to the parental guidance and support she continues to receive from her siblings. Ms. Sharber enjoys inspirational readings and writing poetry in her spare time. In addition to being the founder of ARTS, Ms. Sharber is also the founder of a licensed and CARF-Accredited mental health facility that has been providing individual, family, group therapy, and medication management treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults from all ethnicities throughout Prince George’s and the surrounding counties. The facility has been in operation since 2006 and continues to date with the primary staff. |
